Terms and conditions of the ISONME online shop
General provisions
- These rules set out the principles for the use of the Internet Shop and the principles and procedures for entering into distance sales agreements via the ISONME.EU Internet Shop run by Emilia Gorąca conducting business under the firm ISONME Emilia Gorąca registered in the Central Register of Business Information (CEIDG) under the number NIP: 5242908214.
- The subject of sale are the products presented by the Internet Shop.
- Contact with the Shop takes place through:

Rules for placing an order and concluding a sales contract
- Placing an Order in the Online Shop may take place:
- through an individual customer account, after filling in the registration form on the website of the Online Shop;
- without registration (in this case the Customer should provide his/her personal data in order to issue an invoice and dispatch the goods).
- The provision of personal data by the Customer is completely voluntary, but is a condition for the effective placement and execution of the Order and registration with the Online Shop. Information on the protection of personal data can be found in the “privacy policy” tab on the web shop’s website.
- The Order is placed by selecting a product available in the Online Shop, adding it to the “basket”, pressing the “order” option and selecting one of the available payment methods.
- After placing the Order, the Customer will receive a message to the e-mail address provided previously, confirming that the Order has been placed and with instructions on how to proceed as regards payment if the Customer has chosen the option of traditional bank transfer. The contract of sale is deemed concluded at the moment the Customer receives the e-mail message referred to above.
- The online shop allows orders to be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Payment terms
- In return for the products ordered, the Customer will pay the payment, consisting of the price of the product and the cost of delivery, by means of the payments listed below:
– payment via Stripe
– payment via PayPal - The payment should be made immediately after the Order is placed, but no later than 3 working days after the Order is made. In the event of non-payment by the Customer within the indicated timeframe, the Online Shop shall cancel the Order, after calling for payment within the specified timeframe to no avail.
Order completion
- The Customer is informed that the Order has been accepted for fulfilment only after the payment in full has been credited to the bank account indicated by the Online Shop. If the payment is made by the Customer and there is no confirmation of acceptance of the Order for fulfilment, the Online Shop shall be contacted by e-mail.
- The Order will be forwarded for dispatch within 3 working days of the payment being credited.
- In the event of any delays in the processing of the Order, the Online Shop will inform the Customer immediately.
Delivery
in Poland
- Delivery is made to the address indicated by the Customer on the order form.
- The Customer may choose the following forms of delivery of the ordered products:
- through the courier company InPost
- to a parcel machine indicated by the Customer.
The cost of delivery of the ordered products is fully covered by the Customer according to the following price list:
– InPost Courier: €5,00
– InPost Parcel Machine: €4,50
Delivery within the EU and other countries:
- Delivery is made to the address indicated by the Customer in the order form.
- The Customer may choose the following forms of delivery of the ordered products:
– DHL Courier: €16,00
– Polish Postal Service: €16,00
The Online Shop attaches a proof of sale in the form of an invoice in electronic form to the products sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer when placing an order.
The delivery time of an order is between 5 and 10 working days.
Complaints
- The Seller shall be liable to the Customers of the Internet Shop on account of warranty for defects according to the principles specified in Articles 556 – 576 of the Civil Code.
- In the case of a defect in the product other than described on the website of the Online Store, the Customer should report the defect in writing or electronically by describing the non-compliance of the product with the agreement and specifying their claim.
- The Seller undertakes to consider the complaint within 14 days from the moment of providing information about the complaint. If there is no response from the Seller within the aforementioned period, the complaint shall be considered valid.
- The parties exclude the Seller’s liability under warranty when the buyer is an entrepreneur.
- The Seller stipulates that the differences in the photos of the products resulting from the individual settings of the customer’s computer (colour, proportions etc.) cannot be the basis for the complaint.
Right of withdrawal
- The Customer who is a Consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code has the right to withdraw from the Contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product.
- In order to withdraw from the Contract, the Customer must send an e-mail informing about the wish to withdraw from the Contract to isonme.contact@gmail.com and then to the address of the Seller’s office the product together with the proof of purchase and a written statement of withdrawal from the Contract. The statement can be downloaded here: return form.
- The goods sent must not be damaged or bear any signs of use. It should be sent together with the company label, complete packaging (cardboard box) and a completed and signed statement of withdrawal from the contract. If the above conditions are not fulfilled, the return will not be accepted and the goods will be returned to the Customer at the Customer’s expense.
- Return of the payment received, including the price of the product and the cost of delivery, shall be made to the account indicated by the Customer within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Seller.
- The shipping cost including the return of the goods shall be borne by the Customer.

Final provisions
- All rights to the On-line shop, including proprietary copyrights, intellectual property rights to its name, logotypes, product descriptions and their images belong to the owner of the shop. Distribution and copying of any information found on the Shop’s website without the owner’s consent is forbidden.
- Any disputes arising between the Seller and the Customer of the Internet Shop shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
- In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
- The content of these Regulations may be subject to change. The moment of change shall be the moment of publishing the new provisions of the regulations on the website of the Internet Shop.
