PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1.1 Protection and processing of personal data

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as “RODO”, “ORODO”, “GDPR” or “General Data Protection Regulation”), we inform Users about the processing of their personal data and the principles on which this takes place.

1.1.1.The administrator of the Users’ personal data is ISONME Emilia Gorąca, 10-699 Olsztyn, ul. Bartąska 12/1.

1.1.2 ISONME attaches great importance to the protection of privacy of the Users and, as the data administrator, protects the data and secures it against unauthorised access.

1.1.3 ISONME exercises constant control over data processing and restricts access to data as much as possible. Personal data is processed by ISONME in accordance with Article 23.1.1, points 1,3 and 5 of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997, for purposes related to the running of the website.

1.1.4 The User’s data is used for purposes related to the operation of the site, including sales records, to contact the User on matters related to orders, to carry out orders placed by the User, to adapt the content of the site to the User’s preferences, to ensure the security of the service, to take measurements that enable the improvement of the service, for statistical purposes and for marketing purposes such as, mailing and emarketing.

1.1.5 User data collected by the Administrator for the purposes listed in 1.1.5 are: name, surname, residential address, email address, telephone number, IP address, type of browser used and session ID, bank account number.

1.1.6 For the purpose of order processing, the User’s personal data shall be forwarded to delivery service providers e.g. InPost courier company, Poczta Polska, E-paka, Furgonetka.

In order for the User to make an online payment for an order placed, the User’s personal data shall be transferred to Strpie, PayPal and/or Blue Media, providers of online payment services.

1.1.8 Users’ data may be made available to state authorities entitled to receive them under the applicable legislation and, in the event of non-payment of debts to ISONME, to entities conducting debt recovery proceedings on its behalf.

1.1.9 The legal basis for the processing of Users’ data for the provision of services is the necessity for the performance of contracts for the provision of such services (such contract being the regulations). The legal basis for adapting the content of the services to the User’s preferences, ensuring their security and improving the services, as well as ISONME’s internal marketing is the so-called legitimate interest of the administrator.

1.1.10. You have the right to access the content of your data and to rectify, erase or restrict its processing. The User may also withdraw his/her consent to the processing of personal data.

1.1.11. ISONME provides Users with the possibility to erase personal data from the dataset. In order to have the data deleted, the User should send an appropriate statement to ISONME either electronically or in writing. ISONME may refuse to delete the User’s data if the User has not paid his/her dues to ISONME or has violated these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws, and the preservation of the data is necessary to clarify these circumstances and to establish the User’s responsibility.

1.1.12. The User’s personal data shall be retained by the Administrator indefinitely, until the User expresses the wish to delete them.

1.1.13 In the event of a breach of security of personal data, ISONME undertakes to notify the supervisory authority and the data subjects within 72 hours of the discovery of the breach.

1.1.14 In case of doubts related to the processing of personal data, any person may request information from the Controller. Each User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

COOKIES

2.1 Use of Cookies.

2.1.1 The ISONME website uses cookies (“cookies”). These are text files stored by the browser on the User’s device, containing, inter alia, the name of the website, the time of storage, a unique number.

2.1.2 The content of cookies does not allow for personal identification of the User. No personal data is processed or stored by means of cookies.

2.1.3 Cookies at ISONME are used to authenticate the logged-in User, to display personalised content to the User, for statistical purposes, for Facebook, Youtube, Instagram or TikTok (Facebook “like” button, Facebook login, publication of content on Facebook) and for advertising purposes by entities processing them on behalf of ISONME (e.g. marketing agencies).

2.1.4 Your cookie preferences can be configured in your web browser settings (including Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, Safari).

2.1.5 By using the ISONME website, the User agrees to the use of cookies, according to the current browser settings.

2.1.6 Deleting Cookies or disabling them in your browser may result in the incorrect functioning of ISONME and limit your access to various functionalities of the website.
